La Siesta is an exclusive gated
community and resort located 25 km south of Sohkna on the Red Sea.
La Siesta is less than one hour and one-half drive (140 km) from Cairo
and is accessible via the new and modern toll highway. La Siesta
benefits from the year-round exceptionally mild climate of Sokhna.
La Siesta is located on a 420,000 m2
property of which only 20% has been developed. The property
is
comprised of 52 detached luxury villas (all sold and occupied). A 62
room equivalent hotel (Piccolo Club Hotel) is under construction
(28 rooms and 14 chalets). Another 12-24 residences are planned
