Investment Company which was founded in 1996 benefiting from Law
230-1995 for Egyptian Investment. The company has an authorized capital
of LE 25’200’000 of which LE 12’500’000 were issued and fully
paid. The company is affiliated with The Aguizy Group, a leading
Egyptian private group with diversified activities in Egypt and
Internationally..

The
group was founded in 1948 by the present Chairman, Mr. Saad El Aguizy,
and comprises six operating companies. Total capitalization, issued and
fully paid, is in excess of LE 30,000,000.
The
group is a registered exporter and importer of a wide range of merchandise
including special and exclusive representation of foreign manufacturers of
industrial equipment, household appliances, electrical apparatus, etc.
The Group also operates as a major developer of resorts and recreational
centers, general contractors, marketer, designer and builder of swimming
pools in addition to a number of other activities that include
investments, counter trade, debt swap, debt settlement, commercial
collections, international trading, etc.
The
Group is led by the founder, Mr. Saad El Aguizy, the Chairman of the Board
and Chief Executive Officer while the daily operations are entrusted to
Mr. Gamal El Aguizy, P. Eng., Executive Vice President and Managing
Director and Mr. Aly Abou Zeid, General Manager, Export Operations.
The
Group maintains its head office in downtown Cairo operating from 37 Talaat
Harb Street and has four other branch operations in Zamalek, Kalioub, City
of the 6th of October and El Souhna. Other operations are conducted from
Wilson, North Carolina, the British Virgin Islands and Eastern Europe.

Mr. Saad El Aguizy awarded the title of "Commander of The Cross"
On Nov. 11, 2006, Mr. Saad
El Aguizy was selected as a recipient of the State Decoration of
Latvia, The Cross of Recognition, The Third Class, and awarded the
title of "Commander of The Cross of Recognition" in honour of his
outstanding public service to the Republic of Latvia.
The award was presented to
him by the president of Latvia in a special ceremony held at the
Riga Latvian society house. |
